The role
As a career EA, you've found your niche. Supporting a senior executive to achieve all they need to. Working side by side. Anticipating needs. Making judgement calls. Managing relationships. As the central hub of the Sydney team, you will wear many hats and need to juggle these various responsibilities efficiently and effectively:

Manage and organise Managing Partner's calendar – arrange, coordinate and prioritise complex scheduling and logistics

Provide confidential support for all business and personal information

Anticipate the Managing Partner's needs, demonstrating creativity and follow through on tasks with little direction

Interact with a wide variety of people on behalf of the Managing Partner, and build relationships that facilitate smooth working on client projects

Project manage meetings and events (10 - 200+ people)

Support Managing Partner in creating professional, client-ready documents and presentations (usually in PowerPoint)

Act as a project coordinator for special projects including: critical path planning, coordinating presentations and collateral materials

On-board new employees and contractors
