The role

As a career EA, you've found your niche. Supporting a senior executive to achieve all they need to. Working side by side. Anticipating needs. Making judgement calls. Managing relationships. Totally involved. Implicitly trusted. You enjoy fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are looking for a role that enables you to work as part of a close-knit team on challenging problems. 

As the central hub of the Sydney team, you will wear many hats and need to juggle these various responsibilities efficiently and effectively:

  • Manage and organise Managing Partner's calendar – arrange, coordinate and prioritise complex scheduling and logistics 

  • Provide confidential support for all business and personal information 

  • Anticipate the Managing Partner's needs, demonstrating creativity and follow through on tasks with little direction

  • Interact with a wide variety of people on behalf of the Managing Partner, and build relationships that facilitate smooth working on client projects

  • Project manage meetings and events (10 - 200+ people)

  • Support Managing Partner in creating professional, client-ready documents and presentations (usually in PowerPoint) 

  • Act as a project coordinator for special projects including: critical path planning, coordinating presentations and collateral materials

  • On-board new employees and contractors
