They apart of a leading franchise group yet are still run their operations as a boutique agency ensuring that a great 'team environment' is maintained. They are seeking a Sales Agent to join their well established team, with an opportunity to move into a Sales Manager role in the years to come.

The right person will be a real estate sales professional, highly motivated, passionate and wanting to be the leading sales agent in this company. The franchise has just undergone a refresh of their operations and now is the time to join and take advantage of all the new resources available to the franchises including a first class lead generation programme.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Certificate of registration or real estate licence

  • Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese

  • Real Estate Sales experience (preferable)

  • Reliable car and driver's license

  • Professional manner and presentation

  • Able to use initiative

  • Enthusiastic attitude

  • High work ethics

  • Passionate people-person

  • Can do attitude & willingness to succeed

  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Desire to make $150k+ per year

 

The Role:

  • Both listing & selling 

  • Daily prospecting (new & existing clients)

  • Gaining & presenting property appraisals

  • Running & supporting sales campaigns

  • Managing all marketing

  • Conducting open for inspections

  • Managing the sales process to completion

  • Managing and continually updating your database through networking

  • Access to great administration support
