The uniqueness of this organisation is that their clients comment on how they now actually understand the complex and often times daunting financial issues and jargon. They are currently seeking a receptionist who is looking at joining a growing company with career progression pathways available in the near future.

The Role:

The role is crucial to the ongoing success of our clients operations. It involves delivering their ongoing client communications programme, most significantly, the Annual Review and Fee Disclosure Statement process.

An interest in, and ability to understand, financial planning, the financial planning process and relevant products is preferred.

You will have a strong understanding of the core MS Office package in addition to the ability to work in a busy, deadline driven environment. You are experienced in XPLAN and also have used North Online, AMP Portal and Fee4Service will be highly regarded.

  • Financial Planner Diary Management – scheduling of appointments following review procedures with corresponding confirmations;

  • Marketing calls for client re-engagement aimed at securing meetings for financial planners (as a follow-up to a mail-out) and review letters;

  • Manage the monthly Client Review process;

  • Manage the monthly Fee Disclosure Statement process;

  • Assistance with marketing activities as required;

  • Ongoing Client Management systems maintenance and review as required;

  • Other duties as directed by Operations Manager
