The Opportunity

You will be an all-rounder with office based skills and experience with the ability to take on a variety of tasks from reception through to managing the operations of the office and taking minutes in Board meetings. You will have strong administration skills and experience as well as strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stake holders at all levels.

Key Areas required with previous experience:

  •  Reception duties including answering and directing incoming calls as required

  •  Document formatting, proof reading and preparation

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mailing and laminating

  • General office support experience including administration and database management

  • A positive and reliable attitude 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate level across the Microsoft Office suite;

  • Professionally presented with a impeccable phone manner;

  • Strong administration skills

  • Strong communication and organisational skills a must 

 

Your Profile


To be successful for these opportunities, you must have the ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to multi task effectively and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Ability to successfully influence senior stakeholders to ensure an effective outcome often under difficult circumstances (ie tight deadlines)

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • You will be a motivated, professional and proactive Administrator whom has excellent time management skills.
